Our Attorney

Jerod D. Frazier is an attorney based in Charleston, South Carolina, and the founder of Frazier Law Offices, LLC. Jerod is a native of Charleston, and a graduate of Clemson University. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2013. Frazier’s legal practice focuses on personal injuries, civil rights, criminal defense, and Estate Planning law.

He is dedicated to advocating for his clients’ rights and providing professional legal services tailored to their needs. Through his law firm, he has built a reputation for his work in the legal community as well as community at large and remains active in shaping legal discourse in the region.
